Philosophy

In Japan, there have recently been cases of financial fraud, such as the Kanebo, Olympus, and Toshiba cases, that have a significant impact on the audit industry. As each of these important incidents has occurred, stricter audit procedures and greater monitoring have been attempted. On the other hand, in the audit industry, the shortage of human resources is becoming more serious.
To respond to these changes in the auditing environment, we have been striving to improve quality, develop tools and formats, review procedures, and enhance human resource training. In addition, as a member firm of HLB International, we conduct audits in cooperation with overseas offices, regularly participate in international conferences, share information on the intranet, and make efforts to incorporate the latest knowledge of the network. Our firm has been actively introducing CAAT tools for about 10 years, and has been conducting a multifaceted and detailed analysis of corporate transaction data in audit operations. We take pride in leading the audit industry when it comes to using data analytics in auditing.
It is our mission to properly disclose financial information to clients. For that mission, we deeply understand and analyze the business environment, delve deeper into risks, and properly formulate procedures to respond. We also use CAAT tools to conduct audits and conduct in-depth audits to ensure that transactions and financial figures with fraud risk are not overlooked.
In addition, engagement partner will spend ample time on the matters found during the audit process, and will consider them in detail sincerely. We then provide our clients with specialized views on the findings, and after a thorough discussion, make appropriate decisions. We consider it a social mission to guide clients in improving their accounting skills and establishing internal controls without violating the principle of dual responsibility.
We believe that high quality audits, with deep auditing and leadership, can help prevent accounting corruption and protect our clients. We believe that in society as a whole, it will contribute to the development of the stock market by giving credibility to the disclosure of a company's financial contents.
