For employees who volunteered, once a month, up to 8 hours is regarded as working hours on weekdays, and allowances are paid on holidays to support individual participation motivation.

Volunteer activities in groups are in a state of disappointment due to the covid-19, but by supporting the participation of individuals in volunteer activities, we can pursue the social contribution activity philosophy of "valuing people and acting as a good global citizen."
