Notice of New Special Leave System for Subsidies for Childcare


As of December 1, 2022, the Meisei Group has newly established and introduced the following special leave system.

With the aim of improving the working environment for employees who need to care for children and preventing the spread of the new coronavirus, paid leave is granted as special leave when it is difficult to work due to the closure of elementary schools, etc.

■System Details
If it is judged that it is necessary to raise a child as a guardian and there is a system in which the government subsidizes the use of paid leave, special paid leave shall be paid. This is not limited to the response to the new coronavirus infection.
Details such as the selection of leave recipients, whether or not to apply, and the determination of the number of days to be paid shall be in accordance with the requirements for each subsidy.

Going forward, we will continue to improve the working environment for employees and implement various measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, which will lead to ensuring the safety and security of our customers, related parties, employees, and their families.
